SUSPENSION FITNESS (USING TRX)

A bodyweight training with use of strongly secured cords. Born in the Navy SEALs, it is widely used now as a great way to develop muscular strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. If resistance machines usually work on isolated muscles, suspension training helps to challenge the body entirely – even if you are doing a traditional biceps curl.
