HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)

A training method that consists of short but very intensive sets of exercises with rest periods in between. HIT usually lasts for no more than 20 minutes (if you have energy for more then you’re not working hard enough!:) It challenges your cardio and muscular systems at the same time and has been proven to burn fat more efficiently than regular cardio exercises.
